Inga B. Andriessen

 

Inga graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991. Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 1993, Inga has practiced exclusively in the field of corporate/commercial litigation. Known for her aggressive attitude, Inga uses her wide knowledge of Civil Procedure and the law to obtain the results her clients demand. Inga is a member of the Advocates Society, Canadian Bar Association, Metro Toronto Lawyers Association and the international legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. Inga frequently lectures to business organizations on the topics of corporation organization, protecting your business from non-payment and the using the Courts to get paid. Inga is an authority on the Simplified Rules of Civil Procedure, having spoken to the Metro Toronto Lawyers Association and Canadian Bar Association on this topic as well as authoring a paper published in Advocates' Quarterly.   Paul graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law school in 1995.  Since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1997, Mr. Voorn has practiced exclusively in the field of civil litigation. Paul is a member of the executive of the civil litigation section of the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario. A skilled trial lawyer Paul has achieved many positive results for clients, both through trial victories and mediated resolutions.  Paul is the author of a paper on Mandatory Mediation which was published in the Canadian Bar Association, Civil Litigation News Letter. Tanza Olyfveldt

Tanza graduated from the University of Ottawa Law Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 2007. Tanza is called to the Ontario Bar and since her call  has practiced exclusively in the area of Corporate/Commercial Solicitor work with an emphasis on Tax Law.   Fred graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1977 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979. Since his call to the Bar, Fred has practiced exclusively in the field of Corporate/Commercial Solicitor work ranging from acting as legal counsel and corporate secretary to Royal LePage Limited to being a partner in several large downtown Toronto law firms.
